Job Title: Medical Scribe

Limitlessli is a staffing company that recruits, hires, and manages long-term remote staff for growing businesses in the USA.

• Type of Work: Full-time, permanent
• Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST (Monday to Friday)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Transfer data from the providers into database systems
• Type in the data provided, create and manage the database
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data
• Produce reports
• Retrieve data as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort, organize and store data
• Transcribe medical documents

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 recent years in a US Healthcare (required) :

• Previous experience must be specifically doing scribe or related roles (required) :

• Must have bedside experience :

• Knowledgeable in medical jargon (required)

• Excellent English communication skills

• Basic understanding of databases

• Excellent knowledge of word-processing tools

• Great attention to detail

• Fast learner and accurate typing skills

• Has a sense of urgency in completing the task

• Start date: Can start ASAP

• Salary: $800 to $950

• Tools needed: You MUST have your own laptop/desktop computer, a noise cancellation headset, a second monitor, stable internet, and a backup internet connection.
